Shipping

We offer free shipping in the continental US. Any rugs or samples in stock will be shipped via Fedex within 2 days of your order. 

For made to order rugs and custom rugs, production lead time can vary between 8-14 weeks. During this process we constantly update you in with photos of your rug while it is being woven. 

 

Returns

For rugs that are already in stock, although it is extremely rare, if for any reason you are not happy with your rug, we offer a 14 day no questions asked return policy. Shipping cost not included. 

On custom made to order rugs, all sales are final.
