Our Signature Collection, the Gordian, is based on the legend of the Gordian Knot. According to Greek legend, the knot was so complex, appearing to have no beginning or end. It was Alexander the Great who would sever the knot with just one blow of his sword. The Gordian Knot has become a symbol for a complex issue which can only be resolved by being resourceful, and imaginative during the process of creation. Our gifted artisans capture that spirit throughout the design process for this collection. The Gordian Modern Rug Collection is both an innovative and beautiful way of weaving historical symbolism into a work of art to grace any home.
